The way you start a day is the way it tends to go. Our athletics studio has settled into a short, dependable rotation — five movements, a kettle bell, and a forty minute walk.

The gear has to disappear. Heavyweight cotton that breathes. A short that doesn't ride. A jacket you can layer over anything.

This is the way we test every athletics piece — on real mornings, in real weather, with real coffee waiting.
