Eligibility window

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Garments showing signs of wear, alteration, fragrance, or detergent residue cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange any eligible item for a different size or color in the same style, subject to availability. Exchanges are processed free of charge for your first request per order.

If your preferred size or color is unavailable, we'll offer store credit or a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of our quality team receiving and inspecting your return. The amount is credited back to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded as store credit or direct bank transfer.

Non-returnable items

Final-sale items, intimates, socks, and pieces from limited collaborations marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. This is clearly indicated on the product page.

How to start a return

Email care@onhete.com with your order ID and the reason for return. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost within most serviceable pincodes.

Once your item is picked up, you'll receive tracking updates and a refund or exchange confirmation by email.
