Orders placed before 4:00 PM IST on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or over the weekend, ship on the next business day.

Standard delivery arrives within 3–6 business days across most pincodes. Metro cities typically receive orders within 2–4 business days.

Shipping is complimentary on all prepaid orders above ₹1,499. Cash on Delivery is available with a nominal handling fee of ₹49.

We ship to most countries via DHL Express. Transit time is typically 5–9 business days from dispatch. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are levied as per local regulations.

You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order is dispatched. If you don't receive it within 24 hours of your confirmation, please contact care@onhete.com.

In the rare event of a delay, damage, or a missing parcel, write to us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll investigate with the courier and resolve it — usually with a replacement or full refund.
